Why Use an Intermediary for Houthi HOCC Contact?

In high-risk maritime zones like the Red Sea, direct communication with the Houthi Humanitarian Operations Coordination Centre (HOCC) introduces significant operational, security, and reputational challenges. Engaging a specialized intermediary like Trident provides a protective buffer while ensuring efficient, professional coordination.
